I can take a look at this! Just to clarify, the Download button should be disabled while the Code of Conduct is being updated?

Either that ^" the Download button should be disabled while the Code of Conduct is being updated" or alternatively (and I think this might be better but maybe a bit more work) the conversion could simply only be triggered when the download button is pressed (at the moment its on change of the file extension selector which I'm now thinking wasn't so smart...) perhaps with a loading wheel or something?
