Hi @alexruiz95 - it would be great if we could also generate longer /denser/ noiser cases. Can you please provide the image generator software and the parameters for this particular test case? It would be then useful for creating 2D benchmarks.

I added the parameters for the image generation. The software is currently a Matlab Gui that is very buggy. It can easily create longer and denser cases but I don't have a way to add noise yet. I'll try to clean it up soon!

How did you manage to create the gif? This is exactly the kind of movie that I want to obtain but I don't know how to do this.
