Reference templates in the content manager

Summary

Ability to be able to reference a particular template within Strapi's content manager

Why is it needed?

right now we can only set the templates in code so in the scenario that is needed to set a template dinamically to a table record this cant be achieved. Lets say in a multi-tenant api if we want to set a template to a specific tenant we canot create the reference in the content manager so the system will require hard coded endpoints for each tenant thing that could be solved with this feature

I have not too much of an idea on how to proceed but maybe include in the plugin the files to import the table into strapi content manager? altough that will create a set of problems in case of someone changes the structure of the plugin's table
