怎么获取refresh_token，通过refresh_token刷新access_token。

目前 pkce 类授权不会返回 refresh_token，可以通过 service 模式授权，并通过 /oauth/access_token 接口刷新 access_token

检查了一下，目前只有 .service 模式会返回 refresh_token，后续我们会在二维码授权时也返回 refresh_token
