Bad clustering #15

I am not confident with clustering algorithm provided here .

I used epsilon = .002 and following two points were clustered together

12.8663,74.8597,2241500
12.8757,74.8387,2241500
12.8667,74.8586,2241500
12.8651,74.8434,2241500

What value of 'withNumberOfPoints' are you using? Also try a smaller value for you epsilon.
