Output of cellid format are still in SEQNUM after setting Z7_STRING in the OUTPUT_ADDRESS_TYPE

In order to output special address types like Z7STRING for 'plain' DGGS types (like ISEA7H) , an extra option has to be added to the metafile:
output_cell_label_type OUTPUT_ADDRESS_TYPE

(this is done automatically only for presets like IGEO7)
