CONTRIBUTING.md lacks information about installing the Chrome browser for Playwright internal tests.

To fix that, we need to execute these lines before running the yarn test command in the project root:

yarn workspace @allurereport/static-server playwright install chromium && yarn workspace @allurereport/e2e playwright install chromium
