For example - Add dataset and Add publisher, but Add Harvest Source is working as that is managed by this repo

An upgrade of CKAN to 2.11 might fix this, otherwise the website is running as expected.

Tried to upgrade CKAN but looking at the docs it seems that CKAN only supports up to python 3.10 still for CKAN 2.11.

So instead look into fixing it on current stack
