Brief

We want to iterate our service and make it easier for our users to navigate the website. We have done work to approach this in the past but the scope of the problem challenges our ability to deliver. This brief is to collect and review the existing work explored in this area and propose a way of defining the project so that we can take on smaller scope briefs which we can deliver against that builds to tackling the whole project.

For example, an outcome might be to design and prepare a workshop for the team and/or squad.

In a next cycle, we will look at deciding and prioritising those smaller briefs.
