There have been a few support queries where users want to delete duplicate or unused test accounts. There is currently the ability for admins to remove other users from a service, but not to unlink a service from their account so it will forever remain in their "My Services".
It would be a useful feature to be able to effectively archive a service by unlinking all users from the service. This is safer than actually deleting the service, as that would require removing references to the service potentially across multiple databases.
We could create a safeguard for this by maybe only allowing this for services that have a single user, and require service admins to remove all other users prior to archiving?
