Ability to see reporting usage

Useful to know:

• which services are using CSV download, which filter parameters are commonly used; frequency of downloads, number of transactions per file etc
• which services use the API for transaction searches; which parameters are used in the API search

These kind of usage questions are probably best dealt with using metrics (or maybe logging) rather than toolbox. To answer this question from toolbox we would have to start logging e.g. api endpoint usage in a db in our platform - this would essentially duplicate the purpose of logging/metrics.
