Hi, I was not sure if this is a ai-folio or github pages problem.

1. I create a new repo akvsak.github.io and activated the GH Pages.
2. Based on https://github.blog/2017-11-29-use-any-theme-with-github-pages/, I added a _config.yml with just the line remote_theme: alshedivat/al-folio
3. The Actions Tabs give these results.

4. The main error lines seem to be:

  Conversion error: Jekyll::Converters::Scss encountered an error while converting 'assets/css/main.scss':
                    Invalid CSS after "...content-width: ": expected expression (e.g. 1px, bold), was ";" on line 4

In the meantime, try to follow the README.md to use this theme by forking this repo.

Yup, I am also facing the same issue on GitHub action CI, by following the doc of using remote_theme. I tested with just-the-docs/just-the-docs theme and it works fine. Not sure what is the main problem here. Would guess al-folio doesn't support remote theme?

correct, al-folio does not support remote_theme yet. we'll consider supporting it in the future.
