Comparison with other VA profiles

Thanks for your work on this, and for keeping it on GitHub, which makes it much easier to see the code, releases and docs when compared to releasing on some forum 👍

Anyway, it would be nice to have a note in the readme about how these profiles compare to the Ishmair/Bronney profile.

I have no idea what that profile is, so I cannot make any comparisons :)

This is probably the only profile collection with Fuel Rats case management, neutron routing, and being designed from the ground up to work modularly and in tandem with basically anything else, though.

I guess the README could use a short list of features.
