Protect screen when showing decrypted content #91

When a document is open and has content that the user has decrypted:

Moving away from the app should "lock" the screen (in the app switcher the screen should not show the document)
Returning to the app should require authentication (related: support biometrics/ app locking #24)

Once the document is closed, moving away from the app should restore the usual behavior.
