Max files is 5, core assign allows up to 35

We had an internal request to allow 10 files to be uploaded as part of an assignment. Checking against core assign I see they allow up to 35 to be configured by the user setting up the assignment.

It seems like a straightforward change to match this behaviour so I will attempt to implement this.
