Update All in shipped Toolbar and weekly check for updates

I think that for most people it would be useful to have "Update All" in the shipped Toolbar.
And perhaps a default check for updates of once a week.
For my nonsavvy friends, I configure TLU to check for updates once a week, and tell them all they have to do is to click "Update All".
Of course this is not an essential request.
