http://data.americanartcollaborative.org/page/saam/constituent/id/2/name/sortname lists the name parts, but has no string.
http://data.americanartcollaborative.org/page/saam/constituent/id/2/primary_name has the string (full name) but no name parts.

Merge the two URLs (eg to http://data.americanartcollaborative.org/page/saam/constituent/id/2/name). You don't want a separate URL name/sortname

But not combined into a single URI. And so, keeping this issue open.
