Setup

1. Install Eclipse Jee Neon and MySQL Workbench.
2. Download, install and configure Tomcat v8.0 server.
3. Clone the repository into your workspace.
4. Create the database as given in the repository.
5. Run the web application on Eclipse and serve locally using Tomcat at http://localhost:8080/TechQuo/Home.jsp
