Use configured headers in long format, column “measure”

Long format output appears to leave the headers configured in config.json unused. The column “measure” instead uses the standard/internal measure names.

It would be nice to have the configured headers instead.

When users leave the default configuration unchanged, the headers are identical to standard/internal names – i.e. standard behaviour would remain unchanged.
