Octgrav is broken #1109

Describe the bug
Octgrav uses a part of the CUDA API that was removed recently, so it does not compile anymore.

To get it to work again, someone with CUDA knowledge needs to dive in and translate it to whatever the modern equivalent of that API is.

Octgrav can be removed, it is made obsolete by Bonsai.
