You use -D_POSIX_C_SOURCE=200809L.
M_PI etc seems to be required only by late POSIX standards, e.g. IEEE Std 1003.1™-2017. I did not tried to look for the earliest reference.
You need to compile with -D_XOPEN_SOURCE=700 if you want POSIX 2008 with XSI.
