Docs: Rebuild landing page with Analog

Currently, our docs are powered by Docusaurus. The goal is to build the docs with Analog. This would be an initial effort to start a new docs app that builds a static landing page to be deployed instead of the current one

Navigating to the docs links would then take you to the Docusaurus built pages as we continue to build things out

While building it, it would be interesting not to do it just for Analog documentation in mind: it might be the first step of another template for create-analog schematics.
