When the winrate is the same (namely 0.00%) consider a deck that lasts more turns on average to be superior. The winrate won't improve but odds are the longer the deck last the sooner you will find an upgrade path.

This is especially useful for mutants where the winrate of a single change is unlikely to be a benefit.
