Store Network name, IP, Frequency, BSSID in SharedPreferences #4

  • Set network name to a default "MeshAndroid" (?)
  • Set IP address to random as default
  • Frequency to 2412
  • BSSID to 02:11:22:33:44:55

Don't show any value on the first screen, but make all of them editable on a Settings page.
On the first screen just show one big green button "Start".

  • Create settings page to edit values
