use of bumps

I thank reviewer 3 for raising this issue (rephrased by AHL):
Python package bumps can handle Bayesian analyses outlined in the preprint [https://arxiv.org/abs/2311.06408]. This package supplies the various analysis tools for sasview. Only uniform priors are usable in the sasview GUI (as of version 5.06), but non-uniform priors may be usable via Python scripting.
