Regarding to this issue #40 it maybe makes sense to rename the server from server to denamed for the following reasons:
server is too generic and if it's installed on a system no one knows what the server is for
if you look in the manpage with man server it is not very meaningful
This can be done by just changing the binary name in the go build command or the entire folder / package name. I'm not quite sure, what is the best approach.
