The PK3 file from this repo afaik is a direct copy of how the data is stored in a Pokemon (in my case platinum) save. However it would seem as if PKHex stores the PK3 file slightly differently since when a PK3 from pokemon-files-js/OpenHome is loaded in PKHex, PKHex is unable to read any of the components. I've attached image of PKHex reading the PK4 file from OpenHome. Gets the nature and level right though. Anyways (someone-perhaps me) will need to look into how PKHex stores the information.
