When Yarra Trams make a service disruption notice active in tramTRACKER (shown in yellow), this information is never displayed in Tramhunter. This affects all tram routes and has been an ongoing issue for some time now.
Service updates (which appear to be a different category of message, appear in orange in Tramtracker) do get shown in Tramhunter, however the icon for these (exclamation mark) is more like an icon that would be used for a disruption, not an update.

Thanks for the report. I've had somebody email me about this also. I'm hoping to find time to look more into this soon.

Have you got some specific routes/stops that can demonstrate the issue?

Hi there,

The issue is only apparent when there is a disruption message active (as you know they are normally only active for a relatively short time). However, when there is an active disruption message, all stops/routes are affected, dependant on which routes or sections of a route YT have made the message display against (usually they make a disruption message display for every stop on a given route, or multiple routes if along a shared corridor e.g. Collins St).

For example, if YT make a disruption message active for Route 78, this message will be shown on every stop on Route 78 in tramTRACKER - but in Tramhunter, the message isn't displayed at all.

I hope this makes sense. Please let me know if it doesn't and I will explain another way.
