Dark Theme Doesn't Instantly Apply to DeckPicker

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

1. Open card browser.
2. Hamburger menu > Settings > Appearance.
3. Change themes.

Expected behaviour

In the deck list, the theme isn't instantly applied. You need to reopen the settings to get it applied.

Same cause of #11046 or #11813. The ideal fix is going to be proper navigation between the screens. Probably will be done when the navigation drawer is gone
