Juvix plugin complains about VampIR not being installed

The error message I get is:

"It appears that VampIR is not installed. To have access to all features of the extention, including VampIR compilation, you require to install VampIR. Please confirm the binary path on the user settings page. Alternatively, we can install it for you now. Would you like to proceed with the installation?"

It seems to work fine without it though, but the requirement should probably be removed to not confuse any new users.

After the above error vanishes this appears:

"Check the binary path in the configuration page or visit VampIR for instructions."
