Since performing the update I have no syntax styling for any language :(

Running V1.12.7

Rookie mistake here, Atom has increased the version to 1.13.0 and obviously changed a few things.
Check your version folks.

API flux is a pain. 1.13.0 is stable now so I think most people should be on it unless they use linux and let their distro manage Atom updates or build it directly. I wonder if there's a way to test Atom version in LESS and change selectors accordingly...

I wanted to research this and found this appendix. It looks like you can put a check into your package.json that will wait until the user updates to 1.13 before updating your package.

Thanks @YouKnowBagu, I wonder if adding that now and releasing 0.3.8 will be enough though or if I need to remove the 0.3.7 tag as well. I won't get time to do either today unfortunately, my day is already booked solid, but I'll clean this up shortly
