Add numen to nixpkgs

Hi, thank you so much for providing this flake! I just created a PR to add it to the search index. Additionally, in order to improve discoverability further, I'd like to add it to nixpkgs. Do you have any plans on that? Otherwise I'd step forward and try to get it added.

Sure, my hope was to eventually get this merged into nixpkgs. We might need to wait for NixOS/nixpkgs#186917 to get merged so that we have a proper vosk package.

It will probably also need to be a module so that the udev rules can be added automatically under NixOS.
