grafana_dashboard folderUid for nested folders

Sorry, it took me a little longer to test it.
Creating the subdirectories works great.
But the dashboard module would have to be adapted too so that it uses the folderUid parameter.

Hey @rolatsch, unfortunately I haven't had that much time in the last few weeks. Of course, if you want to try it yourself, go for it. Create a draft MR and we can work on it together.
