As a student
I want to pick and start my quiz
So that I can begin to find out how much I've learned about a subject

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

• We should show a page with a list of quizzes
• We should show a name and a short description, e.g. "Javascript Quiz - Test your knowledge of the Javascript programming language now!"
• A user should be able to click 'Start' on any of the quizzes
• Upon clicking start, they should be redirected to a Quiz page for that specific quiz
