I'm using at night built-in Accessibility > Color tint max red which is not so good. This app handles the red excelent and together with combination of the grayscale colour filter (inside accessibility) it is absolute a must have at night app.

App works on latest 15.x iOS
Does not work on 16.x. - instead of applying color on the whole display, the color changes are applied to accent color (visible under toggle buttons).
