Describe what's wrong

Playground fails to start and exits after displaying these messages:
[INFO] Starting the playground...
[INFO] The playground requires 2 CPU cores, 8 GB of RAM, and 25 GB of disk storage to operate efficiently.

Error message and/or stacktrace

None

How to reproduce

run ./playground.sh start

Additional context

Issue is in checkPortsInUse but none of the required ports are in use
