Description

Once we wanted to remove gluten-te but over time it's like we are still lack of a way to create a runnable, portable gluten build within minimal effort.

So we may keep gluten-te but rework it to:

  1. Drop gluten-te's dynamic build code path
  2. Add static build code path instead
  3. Add documents for single-command containerized build through gluten-te
