What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Support Spark3.5 with Scala2.13 for CH backend:

  1. add a profile for the Scala 2.13
  2. Add toSeq for all the ArrayBuffer

How was this patch tested?

(Please explain how this patch was tested. E.g. unit tests, integration tests, manual tests)

(If this patch involves UI changes, please attach a screenshot; otherwise, remove this)
