[VL] Dynamic build issues

Problem description

Dynamic build against Velox backend is now broken for several issues. (ubuntu 20.04)

1. ld failure
   [VL] Link lib gluten to arrow's static libraries #6231 (comment)
   Update: Fixed in 86e5f9d
2. Crash when using parquet write
   Update: Fixed in fcf9c5d
