• Apache 10 release
  • Website updated with detailed instructions for Verification and Build from Source!
  • RC1 Voting thread started early this week
    • Committers/PPMCs please pay attention to release voting requirement: checklist!
    • Issues were found, unfortunately a new build was required
  • RC2
    • Build is on the way... expected today to have it staged
    • Once staged @porcelli will do verification and build from source and will start a new VOTE thread
  • How long the VOTE thread should be kept open? by @LightGuard
    • 72h from today will land on Monday
    • But 1st needs to meet the requirements: at least 3 valid votes, and overall majority of +1, and no blockers
    • If requirements met, we can still wait at least until Tuesday early afternoon (eastern time)
  • How coordinate release testing? @fantonangeli
    • Test verification is not a requirement, it's only good to have
    • Community members are encouraged to raise in ML an initiative to coordinate tests, but again: not a hard requirement.
