Hi developer, I found that the virus genome obtained by genomad contains the letter M in addition to the letter ATCG. Is this normal? I don't know if it's due to genomad or sequencing data errors

Can you provide more context? geNomad only classifies sequences within a input FASTA. Does the sequence contains a M in your input?
