Description

#334 seems ineffective now, because the originally caught exception is wrapped by another one.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Apigee module's connection settings UI on a non-GCP hosted env.

Actual Behavior

WSOD.

Expected Behavior

No WSOD.

NVM, this could be caused by hanging on an old commit. Let's close this for now.
