Hello!

I'm new to open-source and would like to work on implementing this feature. I plan to implement listStacks by using the services API endpoint with appropriate filters, supporting the Swarm orchestrator. In the future, we can add support for the Kubernetes orchestrator as well as include format options similar to the CLI.

Are there any guidelines or considerations I should be aware of before I start? Would this approach be acceptable? I'm happy to provide more details or adjust the approach based on your feedback.
