Apostrophe 3.28.0: Expanded file support, updated UX, and field improvement

Well Met Fellow Earthlings,

This release cycle saw several improvements to the core of Apostrophe. This includes community contributions that allow the upload of webp files and another that enables the developer to limit the minimum and maximum number of choices an editor can select in the checkboxes field. Additionally, we've sped-up and simplified the Editor experience. Clicking outside of a modal will now cause that modal to close, like clicking the close button or hitting the “escape” key.

Improvements were also made to event editing in the a2 apostrophe-events extension and the a3 enterprise palette extension’s support for dynamic select field choices. For more details, see the changelogs below.

Next in the pipeline are features enabling developers to configure placeholder data on widgets and templates.

Fixes

• Fix UI bug when creating a document via a relationship.

Adds

• Support for uploading webp files for display as images. This is supported by all current browsers now that Microsoft has removed IE11. For best results, you should run npm update on your project to make sure you are receiving the latest release of uploadfs which uses sharp for image processing. Thanks to Isaac Preston for this addition.
• Clicking outside a modal now closes it, the same way the Escape key does when pressed.
• checkboxes fields now support min and max properties. Thanks to Gabe Flores for the contribution.
