apostrophe-astro 1.0.6: hotfix for 404's caused by latest Node 18.x and Node 20.x releases

The latest patchlevels of Node 18 and Node 20 moved the goalposts a little: their implementations of fetch now consider changing the Host header, which was formerly permitted, to be a security violation even in a server-side request. This caused 404's on pages powered by apostrophe-astro. This issue was fixed by switching to the undici library.
