Auto seat modification and user seat assignment
Updated API for billing screen for invoices/etc.
Send an email on user getting added to a paid organization to notify about the bill changes.
1. Who all should this email go to, all organization admins or just the first one?
Get the upcoming invoice URL from CS to be embedded in the email.
Create email template and send the email
