When displaying the SCT information a small note, whether this SCT was counted towards the SCT requirements or not would be useful (maybe with information detailing why or why not it was treated in a particular way).

I don't know if I have any obvious way to tell that from what the browser passes me. And different CAs have different requirements.

Or am I not understanding?

With the SCT accounting I mean the number of SCTs from "qualified logs" counted towards the "sufficiently logged" criteria. For embedded SCTs this should be possible to determine from the certificate itself; probably harder if SCTs are passed through OCSP stapling or in the TLS handshake.

@april Can I take up this issue? I have already done one submission, like to do more.

I think this one is probably a bit out of scope, especially given that I'd have to do a lot of work to figure out what the qualified logs are. :)
