Why thre is no encryption and decryption support?

If I want to share some data with any other account, I can do it by asymmetric encryption but Petra does not support encryption and description. So I can Encrypt the data using the public key of the recipient but they can decrypt as there is no way to access private key or there is no function like signMessageAndVerify
