Support version 1.7.0 of CIS Benchmarks for Kubernetes 1.25.X

The CIS benchmark for Kubernetes v1.25 is out as of 3/20/2023

The latest Kubernetes version currently supported in kube-bench is v1.24

Unlike the prior versioning scheme, this one goes back to the old scheme which covered several Kubernetes versions.

Example: CIS Benchmark v1.6.1 covered Kubernetes v1.16 - v1.18

Example of versions matching rancher/rke2 versioning:

CIS Benchmark v1.23 for K8s v1.23 Last updated 5/13/2022
