To further support the platform (EcmaScript), we will probably support the ICU format to use the Intl MessageFormat https://github.com/tc39/proposal-intl-messageformat in the future.

ICU format docs: https://unicode-org.github.io/icu/userguide/format_parse/messages/

It is a more flexible way to define plurals, etc.
